Tent Cities

While in Arkansas I also saw what Fox News was calling tent cities but until you see it yourself it just does not seem real. These families have woken up and realized that their home is gone. These tent area's are growing, any section of land that can be used is being turned into what will be home until they can afford to re-build... In addition the buildings that did not collapse completely are dangerously close to falling so this poses problems for people who may try to go back inside of their residence. Jeff

May the Holy Spirit fill you with joy unspeakable so the Haitian people will see Jesus in you during this week! We were so happy to hear Steve's voice at church this morning; but,we missed you in Sunday School Steve, Jim, and Edie. We love you and are so proud of you. Crant and Susan

We prayed for each of you in SS and church today. We prayed for physical strength as we know that you have not had much sleep. We prayed for protection, Godly wisdom and discernment. We love you and are so blessed by your obedience to go and minister to these hurting people. We love you, Susan G. and Susan B.

  6. We were very moved by Steve's call during church this morning. It touched us deeply. It's wonderful having all of you there doing the Lord's work in giving both spiritual and medical aid to so many who are in dire need. It's a blessing to have you there representing our church body. We had a lot of discussion regarding your mission during SS and we all stood and joined hands in prayer at the conclusion of the class. Not only is the Lord using you to His glory in Haiti but it is serving as a ministry to all of us here as well. Thank you for your service and dedication to the Lord and know that we will pray for you all daily and look forward to your safe return. Carl and Debbie Jacobs.
